If you've been granted the task of overseeing your schools’ leavers hoodies this year, the role of collating artwork, colour options, size choices, perhaps personalisation's may be a little overwhelming - particularly if this is your first year. Well, we are here to help with the process and Cath, who is at our Leavers helm, has many years’ experience working with schools, so is on hand to guide you through the process and to keep you on track. Your first port of call would be to visit the Leavers area of our website. This highlights the options for designs, embellishment, colours, a downloadable size guide & order form – most importantly a clear pricing structure. There are no hidden extras – all the ‘addons’ are there for you to see so you can make a clear decision within the budget of your school.
Colour options:Â Â There are twelve main colours to choose from which are our most popular, but if you have a particular colour in mind, let us know and we will do our best to source it.
Embellishment: Choose a standard front print of your logo or embroidered along with 6 different back design options. We can also offer a bespoke back design, just let us know if you have a design in mind.
Personalisation: A special lasting legacy for your Alumni is to have pupils’ names or nicknames on the backs of their hoodies which can be incorporated into the back design of your choice.
Proofs: Nothing is put through to our production until it has been proofed and signed off by you. Once we have received all your artwork, we will put together a digital proof for you to check. You are welcome to make changes, and this is the time for you to double check that spelling and personalisation is correct. There’s no restrictions on how many changes are made at this point and no charge is made for amendments.
For Teachers:Â We understand the significant value of teachers and the work they do. If you have one of your staff leaving who you think would truly value something more worthwhile than a bottle of wine, we can create a bespoke printed leavers hoodie to remind them of their time with you.
Residentials:Â Upcoming Ski, field trips or residentials? Keep your team looking smart and proud of their school with hoodies branded with your school logo for them to wear (and makes them more recognisable when out and about!), the name of the trip and maybe personalised with names of the pupils.
Payment:Â An invoice will be sent to you on completion of the order and payment to be made prior to despatch.
Delivery:Â Â Your orders will be dispatched via DPD tracked next day delivery
